About Brooke
Brooke Brate is a passionate realtor who enjoys serving her clients around the Tampa Bay area. She grew up in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, with both parents working in real estate for 30+ years, so the industry is a part of her DNA. She believes her generational knowledge is one of the most valuable assets in her toolkit.
A graduate of Clemson University, Brooke earned her Bachelor's Degree in Communications and worked as a public relations staff member for the Carolina Panthers and then the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for five seasons after school before joining the Super Bowl LV Host Committee for a year as their Director of Marketing & Communications, which resulted in the Buccaneers bringing home another Lombardi Trophy to the Tampa Bay area. Over her six years in the sports industry, Brooke balanced working part-time as a real estate agent, assisting many athletes and team employees with their real estate needs, in addition to her peers, before transitioning to being a realtor full-time.
She believes that business is not given but earned and looks forward to EARNING your business and trust for years to come. When not attending a sporting event or showing property, you can find Brooke relaxing in South Tampa, taking her mini goldendoodle, Archie, on a walk on Bayshore Boulevard, or teaching indoor cycling at CAMP Tampa. She truly loves the area and looks forward to helping you with your real estate needs in this fantastic place she feels fortunate to call home.
